Terms and Conditions for Kent Scientific’s Product Giveaway

Your participation in Kent Scientific’s Product Giveaway shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of the Product Giveaway, which is sponsored by the operator of the Internet site www.kentscientific.com ("Kent Scientific Corporation").

1. Only persons over the age of 18 are eligible for entry to the Product Giveaway. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide Kent Scientific or a third party with proof of age and /or identity.
2. No individual who has been identified as a reseller of Kent Scientific products is eligible to participate in the Quarterly Product Giveaway.
3. The Product Giveaway shall take place every three months and the winner(s) will be announced one month after selection.
4. Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into the Product Giveaway only. In the event that Kent Scientific deems an entrant to have made multiple applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the Product Giveaway, the entrant shall be excluded from the Product Giveaway and consequently ineligible to win a Promotional Prize. Occasionally, Kent Scientific will offer special promotional incentives to submit an extra entry.
5. No eligible entrant shall be allowed to win a promotional prize more than once within a twelve (12) month period.
6. The Promotional Prize will be mailed out to the Product Giveaway winner after the winner has provided Kent Scientific with a valid mailing address and proof of identity.
7. Kent Scientific shall notify the winner via E-mail within seven (7) days of the Product Giveaway. The winner shall receive the Promotional Prize within thirty (30) days of Kent Scientific’s receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
8. Notwithstanding Section 6 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotional Prize winner fails to respond, within thirty (30) days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and Kent Scientific shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
9. Kent Scientific’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Product Giveaway Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
10. Your participation in the Product Giveaway is considered your agreement that Kent Scientific may contact you.
11. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.
12. By entering the Product Giveaway, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Product Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize.
13. By entering the Product Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Kent Scientific, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the Product Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.
14. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize.
15. Kent Scientific reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
16. Kent Scientific reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Product Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, the Product Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
17. Kent Scientific reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity through our email promotions and social media.

These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Connecticut.
