The new Globe Scientific Cryogenic Cooler provides controlled cooling for cryogenic preservation and recovery of cells. When filled with 100% isopropyl alcohol and placed in a mechanical freezer, the cooler maintains the 1°C per minute cooling rate necessary for proper cell preservation. This controlled cooling improves cell recovery and viability versus snap freezing in liquid nitrogen. The cooler holds up to eighteen (18) 1mL or 2mL cryogenic vials.

The new Globe Rapid Chiller provides rapid cooling up to 12 biological samples in 1.5mL & 0.5mL tubes. This simple, no mess alternative to dry ice solvent baths will chill and re-chill samples for up to 45 minutes on the benchtop. Simply place the Rapid Chiller in a -20°C freezer for 24 hours before use and it’s ready to chill or freeze samples in just a few minutes. Rapid Chillers have a keyed lid and printed grid for easy sample identification and non-skid feet to prevent sliding on the benchtop.
This popular plastic collection cup holds up to 6.5 ounces of liquid and offers a unique pour spout to transfer liquids without spilling. Available in crystal clear polystyrene (PS) or unbreakable polypropylene (PP), each cup has clear graduation marks that are molded into the plastic offering measurements in both milliliters (ML) and ounces (OZ).
The cups are packaged 25 per sleeve, 20 sleeves per case (500 containers per case). They are also available with attached thermometer strips or supplied with paper lids in each case.

The containers are packaged in 4 inner carry packs containing 24 containers in each (96/case). Each carry pack features handles that allow you to easily share the contents of a case with other departments or send them to other facilities. The packs will also help keep the containers organized on the benchtop.
SPECIAL FEATURE! The cap on our 20mL containers (Item # 6518FL) has a “click” close design. Every time you close the container, you will hear an audible “click” indicating that the container is closed and ready to ship. This unique feature will be added to our 40mL and 60mL sizes in the next few months.
