PYRAMID Image Analysis Software
- Every PRISM system includes PYRAMID, the analysis companion built for bioluminescence, fluorescence, and SWIR data — with unlimited licenses, so you can install it on every machine in your facility with no seats to count.
- Load a single acquisition or an entire study folder
- Draw circle, rectangle, or polygon ROIs with automatic background subtraction
- Read out calibrated results: radiance (photons/cm²·s·sr), total flux (photons/second), and ROI area (cm²) — comparable across sessions, instruments, and labs
- Stamp tool copies ROI patterns and display settings across a whole cohort
- Video Mode plays TIFF stacks as time series and exports to MP4 with overlays included
- Export statistics to Excel or CSV, and images to PNG, PDF, or SVG
- Runs on Windows 10 or 11 with 8 GB RAM and integrated graphics — no dedicated workstation required
