Orbi-Shaker – The powerful Orbi-Shaker is capable of mixing a 14lb load capacity up to speeds as high as 300 rpm. The standard platform (included) features a non-slip, rubber coated surface, ideal for tissue culture flasks, petri dishes and staining trays.
The convenient MAGic Clamp™ platform (PATENT PENDING) is also available for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The unique, magnetic attachment method is the easiest way to instantly change between flask clamps of different sizes
Orbi-Shaker™ Jr orbital shaker with rubber mat platform 9.5″x8″, digital speed control up to 300 rpm, horizontally circular 19mm orbit, and instantly exchange flask clamps with MAGic Clamp™ accessories (PATENTED)
The Orbi-Shaker XL offers flask capacity that far exceeds that of most benchtop models. With a large 18 x 18 inch platform and a powerful, beltless motor drive, the Orbi-Shaker XL is capable of mixing up to five 2L flasks or nine 1L flasks simultaneously. The included, non-slip rubber mat platform is ideal for low speed applications, while the convenient MAGic Clamp™ platform is also available for high speed mixing of Erlenmeyer flasks, tube racks or microplates. The MAGic Clamp™ allows for instant flask clamp exchange without the use of tools, screws or any other hardware.
The PlateFuge™ 2D Digital Microplate Centrifuge combines a compact, personal-sized design with precise digital control of speed and run time.
The patented swing-out rotor features plate carriers positioned at a 75° angle for easy loading and helps prevent sample spillage without the need for sealing films or caps. Once the run begins, the rotor swings the plates into a horizontal position, concentrating droplets into the bottom of the wells. Electronic braking automatically returns the rotor to the angled position for quick and mess-free plate removal.
With speeds up to 2,800 rpm and RCF exceeding 700 xg, the PlateFuge™ 2D provides fast and efficient sample spin-downs while maintaining a compact 9 × 12-inch footprint. It accommodates popular PCR plate formats, including skirted, semi-skirted, and non-skirted plates, as well as most microtiter plates.
The PlateFuge™ is a compact microplate centrifuge featuring a unique swing-out rotor designed to quickly spin down PCR and microtiter plates. Its two plate carriers rest at a 75° angle, allowing plates to be easily loaded without sealing tapes or caps. When the lid is closed, the rotor swings the plates into a horizontal position, concentrating droplets into the bottom of the wells for improved sample recovery.
With a maximum force of over 600 xg, most samples can be spun down in less than 20 seconds. The automatic electric brake smoothly stops the rotor in approximately 4 seconds, allowing plates to be quickly and easily removed.
Roto-Mini series of rotating mixers provides a wide range of mixing capabilities, suitable for an array of laboratory applications including resuspension, protein binding, nucleic acid purification, histochemistry, hybridization etc. The mixers will include interchangeable tube holders for accommodating all common tube sizes from 0.5ml to 50ml and the motion can be adjusted from vertical (end over end) mixing, to horizontal (rolling or hybridization style) mixing.
Roto-Mini rotators are available in the “Plus” configuration. The Plus models provide the following additional features:
Variable speed: 5 to 70rpm
“Mix” function: Rotating in combination w/ oscillations (increased mixing)
“Pause” function: Rotating with intermittent “stops” during rotation
“Rock” function: Back and forth, gentle rocking motion (see-saw)
Plus models additionally offer optional platforms for rocking (4.5 x 3 in.), as well as 96 x 0.2ml tube/strip/plate holders for mixing PCR vessels in the “Mix” (oscillating) mode.
The new SureTemp™ Incubator series provides the highest level of temperature control with uniformity and stability levels that are unmatched by competitive models in the same class.
Each incubator is equipped with the SureCheck™ data logging system for verification of chamber temperature. The SureCheck system records temperature data points as often as every 60 seconds and stores this information on a flash drive. The data can then be viewed on any computer capable of reading a .csv file from the flash drive. The recorded data can also be used to plot temperature points on a graph and for analysis of temperature fluctuation over time.
Unlike other laboratory incubators, the SureTemp series offers “Dual-Convection” technology, allowing users to choose between mechanical convection mode* (for exceptional temperature uniformity) or gravity convection mode* (for longer incubations where airborn contamination or drying of samples may be an issue). The heating elements are strategically located on multiple sides of the chamber and contents can be viewed with the separate inner glass door without disrupting the temperature environment.
* Mechanical Convection: Incorporates optimally positioned heating elements in conjunction with an internal chamber fan to control the internal temperatue.
Gravity Convection: Eliminates any airflow from the chamber, relying solely on the heating elements and gravity to control the internal temperature.

SureTemp™ Digital Ovens provide up to 200°C with both accuracy and precision using digital control, eliminating the need for external thermometers and repetitive “fine tuning” of an analog control knob.
Our ovens are suitable for agricultural and industrial applications to heat, dry, sterilize and even bake. Simply set the desired temperature and time and the oven will quickly reach the desired temperature using gravity convection for the set time while accurately monitoring the chamber temperature. Continuous mode is also available for longer applications. PID control provides automatic compensation after load changes or door opening for excellent accuracy.
The SureTemp™ digital ovens feature double wall construction, 6 sided fiberglass insulation, sealed doors, stainless steel chamber, in-lab calibration, and a large viewing window for live monitoring of the chamber.
Benchmark offers three sizes: 30L, 50L , and 150L.
With stability as low as +/- 0.5°C, our SureTemp™ Digital Ovens provide accurate, stable results to ensure your application is done correctly.
