UID Lab Animal Temperature RFID Microchip

The UID Lab Animal Temperature RFID Microchip combines permanent animal identification with body temperature measurement in one implantable transponder. Designed for mice, rats, and larger laboratory animals, it allows researchers to scan for animal ID and temperature data using compatible UID readers.

Each microchip includes a unique, non-repeating 8-digit RFID code and programmable memory for up to 16 alphanumeric characters, such as study number, genotype, or animal date of birth. Temperature readings range from 25°C to 50°C with 0.1°C resolution and ±0.1°C accuracy at 38°C.

Each transponder is individually packaged in an ETO sterile blister pack and supplied in a sharp, triple-ground 12.5G cannula for implantation with compatible UID injectors.
