When connected with AnyCage Lite readers, the software captures temperature data in real time, helping researchers monitor physiological changes without disturbing the animals.
The system samples reader activity every 100 milliseconds, with temperature recordings logged when an animal enters the antenna detection range. It supports group-housed mouse studies, with monitoring for up to five mice per cage.
