Regional Manager, Irina Toore-Heald shares a long history with Kent Scientific. She first joined the Kent team in 2004 and for over 15 years has been an important asset to the company. In those years she has provided sales and support throughout North America, Europe and Asia. She currently travels through the U.S. and Canada providing demos, installing systems and assisting customers.
Her vast knowledge base has made significant contributions to Kent Scientific’s product development. Many features of our products are a direct result of Irina’s ability to bring the “voice of the customer” into the design process.
Irina’s valuable insights have contributed to R&D, engineering, marketing and sales. Still, working one-on-one with customers is her number one priority.
She feels it’s vital to visit customers and show them step-by-step how to use their Kent products. During her demos, Irina recommends specific products and answers questions. She’s currently holding “Lunch and Learn” meetings in both the U.S. and Canada.
While Irina has worn many hats over the years, one thing has not changed: her commitment to provide exceptional support to the research community. Over the years, researchers across the globe have looked to Irina as a trusted resource for information on products and applications.
Irina’s future goals are to introduce more customers to Kent’s unique, innovative products that save researchers’ money and offer new, exciting options, as well as to continue to develop and expand new relationships in the international market.
