These aneasthestic vaporizers are remanufactured to the highest standards to ensure that strict guidelines are followed. Some companies have been known to convert or recondition old, inexpensive enflurane vaporizers into isoflurane vaporizers and then sell them as remanufactured isoflurane vaporizers. This practice is dangerous and does not provide the same level of operation as indicated on the specifications, which leads the researcher or veterinary staff to a sense of false security in using these converted or reconditioned anesthetic vaporizers.
*Presumes ten year product life requiring no preventive maintenance service. It is recommended that a service is carried out at ten years.
